Sponsor and Exhibitor Setup Information

Yes, I want to participate! All sponsors/exhibitors receive the following benefits:

  • Space in the Exhibit Hall with 1 skirted table and two chairs (unless other arrangements have been made)
  • Invitation to the Wednesday evening Traveling Reception
  • Business name on conference hand-out materials and KMA website

  • Opportunity to place cards/literature on the information table

     

Presenting Conference Sponsor $1,500

In addition to the benefits above, receive:

  • Keynote introduction and top sponsorship billing
  • Conference registration is covered for up to four (4) people (each person attending will be charged a food cost of $160 to cover snack breaks, two lunches and the Annual Dinner and Live Auction)
  • General Session recognition
  • Logo displayed on conference handout materials and KMA website

  • Advanced list of conference participants

     

Sustaining Conference Sponsor $650

In addition to the benefits above, receive:

  • Conference registration is covered for up to three (3) people (each person attending will be charged a food cost of $160 to cover snack breaks, two lunches and the Annual Dinner and Live Auction)
  • General Session recognition
  • Logo displayed on conference handout materials and KMA website

  • Advanced list of conference participants

     

Event Conference Sponsor $325

In addition to the benefits above, receive:

  • Conference registration is covered for up to two (2) people (each person attending will be charged a food cost of $160 to cover snack breaks, two lunches and the Annual Dinner and Live Auction)
  • Logo displayed on conference handout materials and KMA website

  • Advanced list of conference participants

     

Exhibitor $250

In addition to the benefits above, receive:

  • Up to one (1) conference registration (the attendee will be charged a food cost of $160 to cover snack breaks, two lunches and the Annual Dinner and Live Auction)

Registration fees are not refundable unless the conference is cancelled. Registrations can be transferred.

  • Thursday, November 20: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 
  • Friday, November 21: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
