Join us in Great Bend for the 2025 KMA Annual Conference! The theme this year is Meet in the Middle, and we are looking forward to sharing stories of growth and highlighting the diverse lenses that Kansas museums use to connect to our communities.  We have put together an excellent program of speakers and sessions, time for networking and connection, and chances to explore all that Great Bend has to offer – we can’t wait to see you there!

Registration Dates and Prices:

  • Early Bird registration for MEMBERS ONLY: (through August 31) $275  
  • Regular registration: (September 1 – September 30) $300
  • Late registration: (October 1 – November 3) $325  **NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE; NO WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AT THE CONFERENCE**
  • Single day registration: $175
  • Student registration: $275

  • Pre-conference workshops and tours are available as optional add-ons
