You will have an opportunity to inform us of dietary restrictions during the registration process; we will make every effort to accommodate those restrictions.  This is a tentative meal plan and is subject to change.

Wednesday, November 4:

Coffee, water, and tea provided throughout the day

Breakfast: 

  • On your own. The Holiday Inn Express and Suites and the Quality Inn both include breakfast in the room price.  You can also check out Visit Atchison for delicious options!

Workshop/Tour Lunch catered by Paolucci's:  If you have signed up for a workshop or tour, your lunch is included.  Otherwise check out Visit Atchison for delicious options!

  • Make your own Famous Meatball Sliders
  • Tossed Salad with toppings
  • Chips
  • Sweet treat

Food Allergies will have substitute items

Dinner:

  • The traveling reception buses head out at 5:15 pm and will return to the Atchison Event Center about 9:00 pm. The Traveling Reception is generously provided by the Local Arrangements Committee and our host stops. Our stops will offer appetizers, dinner, and drinks but may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions; please plan accordingly. 
    • Amelia Earhart Hangar Museum - 5:30 - 6:15 pm | Appetizers and drinks
    • Benedictine College's Assembly Room - 6:30 - 8:00 pm | Dinner

 

Thursday, November 5:

Friday, November 6:

Lunch Catered by Lopez De Mexico:

  • Taco bar with beef and chicken

If you would like to purchase a meal for a guest, they may be purchased onsite subject to availability. Lunches are $25/ticket, and the Annual Dinner is $45/ticket.
