- If we are having technical difficulties hosting a session, we will email you at the email you used to register for the conference and post a link to a “waiting” room; from there we will get you where you need to go.
- If you are having technical issues getting into the Zoom we can help! Click on the “chat with us” text bubble in the bottom right corner of any page of the KMA website, and we will help you in the order in which we receive your message.
- If you are having trouble during the Zoom, use the chat function to reach out for assistance.
